Meet Jennifer Morris

Jennifer Morris is one of the lucky people who knew what they wanted to be when they grew up. She fell in love with accounting her senior year of high school and never looked back. Jennifer graduated from the University of West Florida in 1994 with a BA in Accounting. After graduation, she started her career working for a CPA firm in Florida where she primarily worked on audits and business tax returns. She moved to West Virginia and continued her career in Morgantown at a CPA firm where she added individual tax returns to her resume. After her move to Charleston, she focused on raising her children and working remotely during tax seasons.

Jennifer has since added bookkeeping to her work life, both for non-profits and for profits businesses alike. Her vast array of work experience enables her to effectively manage all aspects of the finances for Rod Smith Law. Her excellent organizational skills allow the lawyers and staff at Rod Smith Law to focus on the clients. For fun Jennifer enjoys cross stitching, playing disc golf, and recently, kickboxing.
